Introduction
These terms for return and refunds
with respect to the products and services offered at www.naima.com (“Return
Policy”) constitutes a legal and binding agreement between You (hereinafter
referred to as “You”, or “Your” or “User(s)” and Fab Flavours and Fragrances
Private Limited (the “Company”),
having its registered office at 14/18 Nangli Sakrawati
Extension, South West Delhi, New Delhi 110043, India and provides, inter
alia, the terms that governs payments for purchase of products on Company’s website
i.e. www.naima.com
(“Website”).
II.
Terms of Return and Refund
1.
Return post any purchase done on the
Website shall mean giving back the item purchased by the You to the Company through
such options as may be available on the Website in the following scenarios may
arise:
(i)
Where a product was defective;
(ii)
Where a product was damaged during
the Shipping;
(iii)
Where the product as may be ordered
by You were missing; and/or
(iv)
Where a wrong item was sent by the Company.

In case where You order a wrong item
for any reasons on the Website, You shall not be entitled to any return and/or
refund on the same.
3.
Even though the Website precisely tries
to display the colour, look and feel of the products, there may be a slight
variation based on the operating system you are using. We cannot entertain the
return or exchange requests based on the same concern.
4.
You shall have to raise the return
request within the return period as may be applicable on the respective product
and accordingly any such return time period shall be provided on the Website. Once
You have raised a return request on the Website or by contacting Us on contact
details as mentioned on our Website, Your return ticket shall be initiated
basis all such options as may be available on the Website. In order to
return any Product, pack such product You wish to return in the original
delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition
as you had received and all the tags of the product are in place.

If the product being returned is not
in a new and unopened condition with original packing, then You shall not be
entitled to any refund of money from the Company. Any cost pertaining to
shipping for return of the Product shall be provided for on the Website next to
such return ticket and You accordingly agree to the same in case you initiate
such refund.
6.
Once You request to return a
product, a pick-up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to
pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been
received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked
by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, we
will initiate the refund for the items returned upon the same satisfying the
terms of this Return Policy. Once we initiate the refund, it may take 7 (seven)
days’ time or such time which may be undertaken by such 3rd parties
involved in processing the same which is beyond Company’s control to reflect at
its original source account from where the payment was made.

Certain products may be eligible for
an exchange, however, the Company cannot guarantee any such exchange in case
the same violates any terms of the Company’s policy or in case where any item
requested for exchange is out of stock. Each item can only be exchanged once.
No cash refunds are permitted.
8.
In
accordance with global retail industry standards, and for the safety of our
consumers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products which
appear to be opened, tried, or used.
